Fortress Plugin for Eclipse

The Fortress Plug-in for Eclipse provides Fortress source control and item tracking for Eclipse-based IDEs. For information on getting started with the Eclipse plugin, see the Getting Started Guide.

The recommended method of installing the Fortress Plug-in for Eclipse is to use the Fortress update site:

http://download.sourcegear.com/Fortress/latest/update

Copy the above update site URL and paste it into the update manager in Eclipse.

System requirements

Our Eclipse plugin is incompatible with gcj versions of Java (the default that comes with most Linux distributions). We recommend running Eclipse with a Sun JRE (version 1.4.2 or newer).
